4) Bookings, Pricing & Payments (if applicable)
- Enquiry/Booking: You may submit a booking request via our contact/booking forms or by phone/WhatsApp/email. A booking is confirmed only after we explicitly confirm availability, date, and applicable charges.
- Pricing: Any pricing communicated is in INR and may include applicable service charges, priest dakshina, materials, or coordination fees (as specified at the time of confirmation). Prices are subject to change until a booking is confirmed.
- Payments: If advance or full payment is required, you agree to pay using the method we specify (e.g., UPI, bank transfer, payment link). We do not store card details on our servers.
- Receipts/Tax: If you need a receipt or tax invoice, please request it at the time of payment confirmation.

Cancellations & Refunds (General)
- Your cancellation: If you cancel a confirmed booking, any refund will depend on the timing and whether costs have already been incurred (e.g., materials, pandit scheduling, and administrative costs). We will make reasonable efforts to minimize your loss, but short-notice cancellations may be non-refundable.
- Our cancellation: If we must cancel due to reasons beyond our control (e.g., force majeure, temple restrictions), you may be offered a reschedule or refund of amounts paid for the affected service (excluding third-party or non-recoverable costs, if any).
- No-show: If you fail to attend at the scheduled time/location without prior notice, the booking may be treated as consumed and non-refundable.
5) Communications & Consent
By contacting us or submitting forms on the Website, you consent to receive service communications (confirmations, updates, reminders).
